Return & Exchange Policy

At Louana & Co. we truly value every customer and want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. As a small business, we understand that sometimes things do not work out exactly as you hoped, and we want to make returns and exchanges possible for you.

Returns:

You have 7 calendar days from the day you receive your item to return it for a refund. Please ensure that the item is unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it, with all original packaging and tags attached.

Exchanges:

If you would prefer to exchange your item, you have 15 calendar days to do so from the day it arrives at your door. Exchanges are available for a different size, color, or product, depending on availability.

Shipping Costs:

Please note that customers are responsible for any return or exchange shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return or exchange reaches us safely.

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item at our facility and confirm it meets the above conditions, we will process your refund. Your payment will be refunded to the original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary, but we will make sure to keep you informed every step of the way.
